What we are looking for:
- 3 years + of Director-level or equivalent experience
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree. Master’s degree preferred
- Experience in Acute Care Environment
- Active license for your area of expertise in at least one state (if applicable)
Critical Competencies:
- Demonstrates critical thinking/problem solving skills
- Demonstrates openness to change and flexibility
- Assesses and understands organizational culture and dynamics quickly and accurately
- Possesses program development experience
- Demonstrates superior leadership/project management skills
What to expect:
- Interim Management, Operational Assessment, and Implementation Assistance projects
- 100% travel with all business related travel expenses paid
- Trips home at least every other weekend
- Full time and Per Diem employment options
