They (Hospital) were skeptical of consulting firms because in the past they felt like they paid money, people had come in, done a little report, and the report sat on someone’s desk. So I made a commitment that if I did get a chance to bring the consultants to the hospital, in this case Soyring, I was going to ensure that project would be fully implemented. I was going to also ensure that we would be able to measure the difference in the terms of outcomes, numbers, and our goals within a year. We are actually just about to do that measurement and we know, because we have been measuring along the way, that we made some sustainable improvements in the areas we targeted for surgery.
