What is our process?
Assessment and Implementation Assistance
- We typically begin a project with an on-site assessment team that will include a Project Director and Expert Consultants who will conduct interviews, gather and analyze relevant data, and observe processes
- After the on-site assessment, a report will be prepared identifying Opportunities for Improvement based on our analysis, interviews, and observations
- We will make specific Recommendations based on these Opportunities for Improvement
- This report will be presented to relevant management and staff
- We are fully capable of implementing our recommendations
Interim Management
- Our Interim Managers are also experienced consultants
- An assessment at the beginning of the interim engagement will provide a baseline and where to prioritize and concentrate the managers efforts
- Operational improvements achieved during the interim management will be reported via updates to the department and Administration
- Our assessment process includes interviews, data analysis, and observations
- Opportunities for Improvement and Recommendations will be presented to relevant management and staff
- Our Interim Manager will develop a timeline with action plans to implement agreed upon recommendations

- We work in all 50 states and U.S. territories
- Typically we have concurrent contracts in 12 or more states
