Assessment and Implementation Assistance
We typically begin a project with an on-site assessment team that will include a Project Director and expert Consultant(s) who will conduct interviews, gather and analyze relevant data, and observe processes (if necessary). The following is the typical flow of deliverables:
- After the on-site assessment and off-site analysis, we provide a report that identifies opportunities for improvement based on analysis, interviews, and observations
- We will identify specific solutions based on these opportunities for improvement
- This report will be presented to relevant management and staff
- Once the report has been accepted, we will work with management to target the recommendations that will be implemented. We help target the recommendations by developing timelines and action plans.
Interim Management
Our Managers are Consultants who use their experience as a tool to make improvements within the area(s) they oversee. Each engagement includes a high level assessment and this process includes interviews, data analysis, and observations (if necessary).
- An assessment at the beginning of the engagement will provide a baseline to measure improvements and allow the Consultant to prioritize and concentrate efforts
- Operational improvements achieved during the management engagement will be reported via regular updates to administration
- Opportunities for improvement and solutions for these opportunities will be presented to relevant management and staff
- Our Managers will develop a timeline with action plans to implement agreed-upon recommendations
- Tools available to our Managers include Soyring Consulting’s knowledge base of the following:
- Experts in most operational areas of a healthcare organization
- Experience solving unique challenges at facilities throughout the U.S.
- Successfully implemented solutions
- Professional data analysis and project support
When can we begin a project?
We can generally begin a project within two to three weeks of a requested need from you. After you contact us, we will work with you to determine your organization’s specific needs, and then select which of our available Consultants would best meet those needs. Using information gathered from our conversation, we will tailor a unique proposal to further investigate opportunities for improvement within your healthcare organization
