These interim managers work closely with organizational administrative leadership not only to fill the gap between permanent hires, but also to improve operations and help to recruit and mentor as needed.
Standard consultations begin with an initial 12-week period that includes an operational assessment, as well as development and implementation of action plans. We recognize that it is beneficial for our clients to achieve results in the shortest timeframe possible, due to the positive quality and financial impact for the facility. Engagements generally last anywhere from 3 to 24 months, with duration to be mutually agreed upon.
All projects include a team approach: In addition to the consultant(s) working on-site, we provide a Project Director throughout the engagement, and additional project support (e.g., data analysis) as needed.
