Quality Assurance

In our role as a professional consulting firm, our job is to facilitate positive outcomes with our clients. In all of our engagements, our consultants follow an interview and observation process to uncover problems within the organization related to operations, risk, infection control and quality measures.

Soyring Consultants are highly experienced in conducting quality assurance reviews in all aspects of the hospital and their effectiveness to sustain facility best practices, as well as ensure the department or hospital is consistent with administrative rules, licensing standards, and state regulations. We also provide department-specific evaluations for pharmacy, laboratory, dietary, etc. as they relate to accreditation, quality assurance initiatives, and operational best practices.

Quality Assurance

Quality assurance recognizes the interrelationship and potential for examination between quality assessment, quality planning, risk, and utilization management. A Soyring Quality Assurance consultation focuses on:
  • Continuously improving all processes based on rigorous data identification, collection, and interpretation of quality measures for early detection of potentially adverse outcomes
  • Confirming the effectiveness of performance improvement strategies
  • Establishing quality controls
  • Concurrent and retrospective medical record reviews
  • Benchmarking

“The staff that Soyring brings to the facility was essentially members of our hospital family. We treated them like management staff here at the hospital. They participated in other meetings besides just focusing on the projects. They had vision of the broader goals and strategic objectives of the hospital and were instrumental in carrying out the hospital’s mission overall not just for the project that we hired them for.”
